生產MANUFACTURE

從原物料進口後，裁切、染整等等加工的每一道手續都在廠內完成，

過程中層層把關，消費者對於商品問題也能盡力給予答覆。
所有的皮革配件也都是公司自行設計，依照皮革的來源地，

鞣制方式以及特性設計出每一款商品，讓功能及物料的特性搭配呈現出最好的效果。

成型的製作上我們堅持保有傳統工匠的手作溫度，傳承製鞋文化。

                                               

材料MATERIAL 

我們所使用的植物鞣革是極高規格的原物料，

植鞣和市面上常見鉻鞣不同，鞣製過程中主要運用的是植物單寧酸並非化學成分；

我們保有原革本身的紋理，使吸濕排汗的效果達到最高。

但也因為這樣，天然色差及紋理，讓每雙鞋都擁有獨一無二的不同。


鞋面-UPPER

採用親膚天然頂級的革料製作內外兼具的皮革繩條。


中底襯墊-INSOLE

取用A等級頭層植鞣革當鞋墊，讓穿著兼具功能性和舒適。


鞋大底-OUTSOLE

選用的底部供應商均來自於台灣，我們從原料上開始把關，包含成型後的檢驗程序，我們絕不用不了解的物料來搭配這裡的每一雙鞋。

 ★保養注意事項

為保留牛皮透氣吸汗的特性 皆使用天然手染無添加重金屬及固色劑等化學物質 

沖水或淋到雨水會產生些微掉色狀況若不小心淋濕 建議放置陰影通風處乾燥，

如因潮濕環境不慎有發霉情況，用濕布反覆清潔擦拭去除霉斑，

最後可使用透明皮革油或者霜狀乳液類保養皮革鞋面。
